Best hotel in the west side of the state

Katrina is an absolute amazing manager. She is accommodating to specific needs and makes sure the guests are comfortable and well taken care off. This Hotel offers great amenities and is conveniently located to local restaurants and attractions.

We could not use the elevator (out of order) so our family upstairs, who had a suite, had to come downstairs into our small room. It was a terrible stay. Staff was always hospitable and very apologetic.

Customer service was great! The hotel was clean and we had plenty of towels and supplies in the room. The suite we had was spacious. The only issue was the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. I would definitely recommend they stay and wouldn’t mind returning myself.

This was a perfect hotel for a quick nite's sleep. It was on the less expensive side, but there were a couple drawbacks. The beds were comfortable enough, but the pillows were very thin and uncomfortable! The room was clean except for the grout on the floor tiles.

Very great staff

I was there because of a family emergency. I had to stay close to a hospital. The staff was friendly, let me eat some breakfast (I came down late) and were accomidating to let me have the 1:00 Check out. I really like the suite rooms. Second time staying at this hotel for the family member.

The continental breakfast was wonderful. The staff were great - friendly, helpful. Felt bad for them because there was a youth hockey tournament and lots of loud kids/families and they kept getting complaints about noise. They had a lot to deal with and did a great job!
