4 Bedroom Ski-In-Ski-Out Big Sky Cabin

With the biggest skiing in America just outside your doorstep and extraordinary ski access, this cabin sits nestled into forest and mountain views that seem larger-than-life. Located on a quaint hillside, morning coffee or evening glasses of wine can be shared while looking out big windows, basking in the heavenly alpenglow of the Spanish Peaks. As the air becomes warm and the days longer, get ready for hiking, biking, rafting, fly fishing, horseback riding, rock climbing, and wildlife watching opportunities to abound! You can even spend your day cooling off by Lake Levinsky, just a two-minute drive or 10-minute walk away! Inside, the warm cabin-in-the-woods exterior gives way to high-end amenities including a large washer and dryer, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, two gas fireplaces, smart TVs and more. This cabin features elegant furnishings like classy floor-length curtains in the living room, beautiful, exposed log finishes, and modern conveniences (including a brand-new hot tub to melt your stress away and high speed internet for those who need a break from adventuring). An ideal fit for multiple families, up to four vacationing couples, or a family getaway, this 2,550 sq. foot, four-bedroom, three story cabin offers an abundance of personal and communal space. This picture-perfect base camp to alpine adventure, wilderness excursions, and everything Montana is only 45 scenic miles from West Yellowstone or about an hour drive away from Bozeman. As Big Sky, Montana continues to grow, feel free to venture less than a mile to the Mountain Village for a well-deserved cocktail or shopping trip but enjoy your peaceful seclusion of the Powder Ridge neighborhood.

The lift typically closes in mid April, prior to resort closing. The cabin is not ski-in/out when White Otter Lift is not running. Please inquire for details.

Put skis on in front of cabin. Take a left out of the driveway and hop on the Buffalo Hide access trail to the right before Rising Bull Road. Follow this access trail along the road. The Buffalo Hide access trail will cross Rising Bull Road and head downhill towards White Otter chairlift. You should see the maintenance building on your right. Load the White Otter chairlift. At the top., exit White Otter Lift and turn left. Cross to the right of White Wing Run and follow the sign on skier’s right for Big Sky Base Area. This is a hard right and requires keeping up your speed. (Green access)

Friends and Family Ski Trip

Loved this log cabin. Literally skied on and off directly from the front porch every day!! The bund bedroom was great for the kids, and the other 3 bedrooms were very comfortable for parents. Would definitely try to book this property again for another Big Sky vacation.

Excellent home and well appointed, ski in/out is a bit complicated but very feasible once you do it. Hot tub and fireplace and snow falling outside, good friends - great time!

Just as advertised

We had a great family ski trip at this spacious cabin. There was plenty of room for everyone, three adult couples with full bedrooms and even a separate room for the baby. There are three floors, each with bedrooms and full baths. Overall very comfortable, warm and cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped and spacious enough so that more than 1 person could move around. We ate in every night of our stay. So having a good kitchen to cook in was important for us.This was truly a ski-in ski-out place with good instructions on how to get back to the cabin. I only made a wrong turn once. And it was a short easy skirt the white otter lift which allowed us to venture off anywhere on the mountain. And coming home, we made use of the wonderful hot tub every day.Turning on the TV required some doing as there was no cable connection. But if you have Apple TV, it was easy to sign into that to access whatever streaming you wanted. Overall this was our best accommodations ever for our family ski vacation and we will definitely keep it on our list whenever we return to Big Sky

Beautiful Home

The home was very clean, and in a nice area. We were able to find the location easy and enter the home with ease. The pillows were a smidge uncomfortable but that was a very small issue, we just used additional pillows! Property Mangement group was very responsive! We loved the stay!

Great for multiple Families

We had two families of five for 4 nights. The bedroom setup is perfect with two master suites a bunkroom and a queen bedroom. We had a mix of girls and boys 8-15 and they all had plenty of privacy. The hottub is great and private. Ski out is easy and quick. It probably takes less than 15 minutes to be at Mountain Village. Ski-in is easy, but the signage can be a little confusing the first time. There was very little snow when we arrived and both ski-in/out were available. The only two things that to me were sub par was the master bathroom finishes and the fireplace. Each master bathroom has a combo tub/shower and we usually expect a seperate shower. The fireplace is gas logs. They are convenient, but there's nothing that beats a log burning fire in the mountains. All in all this is a fantastic place.
