The Space:

*Entry Level A convenient mudroom area with hooks for coats, hats, and gear, plus a bench with shoe/boot trays for easy storage and a half bath.



*Mid-Level – The "Heart of the Home". Enjoy mesmerizing mountain views and a cozy gas fireplace creating the perfect spot to relive the days adventures, and plan tomorrows.

The comfortable living area offers a large sectional sofa that past guests rave about for its comfort. E ntertainment options abound with a Smart TV with ,Netflix, Amazon Prime availability, and a large selection of board games for fun evenings.

Dining area: Large table that seats 8, plus 3 additional seats at the kitchen counter.

Kitchen: Our guests say that this is a well-stocked kitchen: Appliances: Standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, microwave, gas range, fridge, and freezer. Essentials: Bakeware, tea kettle, cooking utensils, basic spices, and a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze.

Deck: Step outside to a propane BBQ and comfortable seating to enjoy the stunning views.



*Upper Level – Primary Suite Retreat - This entire level top level caters to privacy and views. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and tranquil tree-top views of the mountain. Enjoy the privacy of a full ensuite bathroom with a shower – this entire level is dedicated to this peaceful retreat.



*Lower Level – Family & Fun ~ Bedroom 2: Twin over double bunk bed, ideal for children or additional guests. Bedroom 3: Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the private outdoor hot tub

Summer Fun: Explore Yellowstone National Park, just a 50-minute drive away, or enjoy the beautiful Gallatin River for world-class fishing. Wildlife is abundant, and it's not unusual to spot deer, elk, moose, or even bears right from the deck. For more adventures - fly fishing, festivals, golf, hiking, mountain biking, rafting, rock climbing, swimming, boating, scenic drives, and more!



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider Big Sky area and visiting local shops and restaurants, though the direct ski-in/ski-out access means you won't need a car to hit the slopes. For added convenience, a free shuttle line is located just steps away, providing easy transport throughout the resort area.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that ski-in/ski-out access at the Pony Express lift is dependent on snowfall and resort operations.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated but other times it's drained and refilled. Because of this, the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.

House Rules: No smoking, Pets are not allowed, No parties or events, Check-in is anytime after 4PM, 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival, Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing. The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection. Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
