Local dining, shopping, and gear rentals are just minutes away. A short drive brings you to Big Sky’s Meadow Village and Town Center for even more food, shopping, and entertainment.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to explore Big Sky and the surrounding areas fully. Guests without a vehicle can catch the Skyline Shuttle just steps from the condo, offering free transport to the resort and town center. Ask about our rental car partner discount from Bozeman Airport.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that like most homes in Big Sky, this home does not have A/C.

The shared pool is available in summer only and typically opens in July, weather permitting.

Community amenities are managed by the HOA. We are not responsible for maintenance-related closures during your stay.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
