Welcome to 211A Pheasant Tail Lane — a spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome sleeping up to 12 guests, tucked into a quiet neighborhood just steps from Big Sky's Town Center. Modern finishes, a gas fireplace, private hot tub, and two private balconies make this one of the most well-rounded properties in Big Sky — whether you're here in January for powder or July for wildflower hikes.
The layout
The main level is built for gathering — a modern kitchen with a gas range and stainless steel appliances, dining for 10 between the table and bar seating, and a living area with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV that opens directly to the patio and hot tub. A half bath and full laundry room round out the main floor.
Upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed, sofa bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, and a private balcony — sleeping up to 4 with a walk-in shower en-suite. The bunk room fits 6 with a full/full bunk and sofa bed, its own walk-in closet, flat screen TV, and a tub/shower en-suite. A third king guest bedroom has its own balcony access, walk-in closet, and walk-in shower en-suite.

Winter in Big Sky
Walk to Toast in Town Center for breakfast, then hop on the skier shuttle — which stops right in Town Center — or make the short 10–15 minute drive to the resort for 5,800+ acres of terrain. After skiing, the best après spots are steps from your door: wine and charcuterie at Blend, pizza at Ousel and Spur, cocktails and dessert at The Standard. End the night soaking in your private hot tub.
Summer in Big Sky
Walk to the Town Center Farmers Market, grab lunch at Blue Moon Bakery, and hit the Ousel Falls Trail — just minutes from the front door. Yellowstone's west entrance is about an hour away, making Old Faithful an easy day trip. The Gallatin River, world-class fly fishing, mountain biking trails, and zip-lining are all within easy reach.
Locally managed by Two Pines Properties
We're a local Big Sky team — on the ground and available before, during, and after your stay. After booking you'll receive access to our guest portal and Big Sky Guide Book covering dining, adventures, and local tips. Self check-in via electronic lock; check-in from 4 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m.
Arrive ready to go
The home is fully stocked with linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen and laundry essentials so you can settle in without a shopping stop. A full kitchen inventory is available upon request — there's a chef in every group.
Good to know
No A/C — and you won't need it. Big Sky summers stay naturally cool. Open windows at night to draw in the mountain air, then close them and pull the blinds in the morning to hold it all day.
Getting here from Bozeman Airport: A car is the best way to explore Big Sky. Two Pines guests receive a 5% discount with Explore Rentals, minutes from the airport, with 4WD vehicles and seasonal snow tires available.
Parking: One garage spot and one driveway spot. Please use designated spots only — no parking on the grass, and campers are not permitted per HOA rules.
Non-smoking. No pets unless pre-authorized by Two Pines.
