Ideal for families, and friends, with a maximum of 4 people. Excellent location with immediate access to the motorway, well communicated by metro and bus with BILBAO/BEC and nearby coastal areas (GETXO, SOPELANA, PLENTZIA).

Leioa is a town with an excellent location for visiting different places in Bizkaia, as well as nearby provinces (Gipuzkoa, Alava, Navarre, Cantabria, Burgos...) Loiu airport is 10 km away.

There is an Eroski City supermarket under the house. Eroski, Mercadona, Lidl, and Aldi hypermarkets are 1 km away on the road to La Avanzada. A couple of kilometers away is the Artea shopping center.

Piso bien dotado con muchos electrodomesticos y muy limpio. Cerca de Bilbao. Aparcamiento bastante proximo en las inmediaciones del piso. No nos ha faltado de nada. Recomendable 100%
