We had a great stay here. The area might feel a bit rough however its quite quiet and we felt very safe even at 1pm in the morning. Its so easy to get to the city centre by train or walk. Just a suggestion, to add an iron as there are some fancy restaurants people may feel the need to dress up for.

This property was very nice. Nice area close to the subway system to get anyone in the city only thing which is not a bad thing, there is no staff available physically but if you call the number they pick up and help you with whatever they can. Only stating this because I know there’s people that prefer to have staff at hand as for me it was great.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and it was a very pleasant stay. Some of the furniture (a shelf, an end table) were breaking down. They were inexpensive, IKEA type furniture, and were perhaps not up to the rigours of rentals. And the corkscrew was broken, which was annoying, but not a serious matter by any stretch. It would have been nice to have a fridge. These are all minor issues, and easily remedied. Overall, the experience was very good.

Arrived with a broken elevator and left seven days later without the elevator having been repaired. Room was clean neighborhood not the best. The building is behind another building and is in a dark corner. It felt unsafe because of the graffiti and trash though we had no incidents.

Sentimientos encontrados pues la propiedad está muy bien pero se necesita tener más comunicación con alguien. La entrada al edificio y piso es solo con teléfono y eso te limita si te quedas sin batería. Mi entrada un día dejó de funcionar y nadie contestaba.

Vieille ville de Bilbao

La façade de emplacement fais peur, lorsque l on arrive, et il n y a pas de parking, il faut se garer dans la rue, mais l'appartement est spacieux et confortable. En revanche le confort des lits est très sommaire, nous avons eu 1 lit double et 1 canapé lit et les 2 étaient peu confortable. Les matelas était très très ferme et nous avons eu mal au dos. Cependant l espace salon, cuisine et salle de bain est bien organisé et très agréable.

El apartamento está muy bien, nuevo, amplio y moderno. Lo peor de todo es la ubicación y la zona donde se encuentra. Para encontrar el sitio es una odisea, el GPS te lleva a una calle distinta y cuando consigues encontrar el sitio está en un callejón escondido, fatal.
