Everything about the Goien boutique hotel was first class from the moment we arrived the staff were so helpful and friendly room was spotless with great amenities. Breakfast was amazing so much selection and staff at breakfast were exceptional. I will be recommending the Goien to anyone going to Bilbao which is als an amazing city to visit

The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around the old part of Bilbao and if you're up for walking, you can walk to anywhere from it. You may get a little lost in the beginning, as the narrow street of the old city all look the same, but trust me - you'll figure it out. The staff is above and beyond helpful, smiling and for a none-Spanish-speaking, it was a pleasure they all understood English. The breakfast is, for a hotel in Spain, one of the nicest I have tried in a while. The fact that you can order freshly made egg-dishes is brilliant. The hotel is very clean and the room has everything you need.
