No airco, no fan by 40 degrees outsite. They told us to open the windows at night for a cooling down. What not was told is that, on the orther site of the small street is a rockpub who is open till 6 AM. The building is noisy, you can clearly hear the upstairs neighbour talking and walking, also at night. The inside
