El apartamento ha sido recientemente reformado y consta de dos dormitorios dobles, salón comedor, cocina y baño.
La vivienda es muy luminosa y tiene techos de 3m de altura, ascensor, calefacción individual, agua caliente, servicio de WIFI y NETFLIX gratuito, TV plana de 43 pulgadas, suelo de roble natural y grandes ventanales con persianas.
DORMITORIOS. El dormitorio principal dispone de una cama de matrimonio XL de 1,50m y un armario. En el segundo dormitorio hay dos camas individuales de 0,90m y un armario doble. Todas las camas disponen de sábanas, almohadas y edredón nórdico. Ambos dormitorios cuentan con ventanales con persianas y salida a balcón.
SALÓN COMEDOR. Es una amplia estancia con mesa comedor, zona de TV y un cómodo sofá cama italiano de 1,40m.
COCINA. Completamente equipada: vajilla, cubertería, vasos, copas de vino, menaje de cocina, cafetera NESPRESSO con cápsulas, hervidor de agua, infusiones, azúcar, sal, aceite, vinagre, tostadora, exprimidor de zumo, batidora, frigorífico, congelador, horno, lavavajillas, lavadora (con jabón y suavizante) y microondas.
BAÑO. Cuenta con un amplio plato de ducha a piso llano y todo lo necesario para poder relajarse: toallas, gel, champú, papel higiénico, columna de ducha termostática, secador, planchas de pelo y espejo de aumento.
