We had to switch rooms after discoveing the linens on one of the beds had hair, stains and dirt in it. The staff was very nice and addressed it quickly.

Enjoyed our stay. The tub would not drain and after reading review i see that this is a recurríng comment from other guest. When informing the front desk there was not apology or concession for the inconvenience. We did enjoy the attached water park.

After stating 3 times that the tv in the room was not working and waiting 4 hours for someone to come fix the issue. The phone was not plugged in. Took 1/2 hour for them to get the tv to work. Pretty boring sitting in a room and not even able to watch tv to relax

I booked 2 rooms for my daughter’s birthday so that she and her friends could utilize the water park and then have a sleep over. A week prior, my daughter sprang her knee and was on crutches and then she caught the flu. About 5 days prior, I tried to cancel or rebook, but the hotel refused. Not only would it have been impossible for my daughter to utilize the waterpark on crutches, but there was no way she was well enough to be out. Due to the hotel’s unwillingness to rebook our dates, I lost $250 and my daughter lost her birthday party.
