We had three rooms. To start of the front desk lady who checked us in seem very upset just in general. She was not friendly at all. When we got our rooms one room was okay but the other room smelled so bad. We call the front desk and we were switched rooms right away so that was good. That room was okay not great. Lastly one of the rooms had no hot water so on top of everything. else this just felt like the last straw. We will not be returning.

Courtyard was beautiful! Location was ok, staff was efficient, but not overly friendly but certainly not rude. Rooms were sufficient for our needs. Hallways were very loud and noisy without much noise attenuation/insulation and the doors to the rooms quite flimsy. Property as a whole seemed well used and just a bit tired. Overall our stay was pleasant and suited our needs. Thank you.

Clean room, nice bed, easy parking. Breakfast was not included. My main complaint was that the ice machine and an entrance to the hotel were on the other side of the wall next to the head of our bed. Ice machine and door slamming from 4:30 am on.

Ok place to stay for the night. Billings just isn't the greatest/safest location, but we were there for an event and this was close the highway & looked kid friendly. Staff was all very kind when we had interactions with them. Pool was great for my son; he loved the water slides. Hot tub was not very clean. Property was old/outdated. Bath towels were like sandpaper. Lumpy beds. Very noisy (could have been due to a daytime wedding & some of the guests being intoxicated by 5pm). Doors slamming at all hours of the night. TV was discolored - unsure if it was cheap brand or old TV but picture was not great.

The hotel was really outdated. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best. The reviews about bed bugs recently really made for a restless night and a lot of extra cleaning upon our arrival home. Not a relaxing stay. Hotel pictures I looked at before booking were deceiving.
