It was a nice stay. The home has a kitchen and bathroom in both the upstairs and downstairs, so it would be good for a couple of small families if they wanted to split the cost, or a larger family. There are 4 queen beds total. 2 upstairs in each of the bedrooms. And a double queen bunk bed downstairs. They were comfortable enough. The house is about 1500 sqft total with the footage split between upstairs and down evenly. So it is fairly small overall. The location is decent. There is a park a block away. An Albertson's about 4 blocks away for food and supplies. Overall, not a bad place. Though maybe a little pricey for what it is.

The basement

We LOVED the downstairs. It was like having a while separate aprtment. I highly recommend families or small groups staying here. The backyard was amazong too and is perfect dir gatherings.

Unprofessional property management

Had issue with one bedroom being unusable for entire 3-night stay due to unclean sheets; discovered someone had wet the bed immediately after laying in it. Advised property manager Justin next morning after our late night arrival. He offered to send someone over, but never did. After checkout, he never offered any compensation for us having 2 beds instead of 3 for our party of 5 the entire stay. After several back and forth emails, we gave up. Very unprofessional communication from him claiming we are desperate for $$. Couldn't be farther from the truth. Simply expect to get what we paid for. He will claim he already refunded us, but that was due to him initially misquoting the cost to add one additional night. If you stay in one of his properties, beware.

My parents and I traveled to Billings for my nephew's graduation. Bo's Cheerful Home lived up to its reputation! An absolutely charming house in a quiet neighborhood. The host reached out various times to see if we needed anything- we didn't. Everything was great. Will definitely book again.
