It is a very decent set up just needs some attention to cleanliness. Storing the spare blankets and pillows on the floor of the closet, how clean are they? Please provide sheets without stains, very unnerving. I shouldn’t have to clean the space, but I did because we were there 3 nights. The first night the house smelled like sour milk! With a little effort you can make this a pleasant place to stay. Very quiet and comfy bed!

Good communication from host, however very dusty and dirty. Stains on the pillowcases, outdated wiring and stairs gave the place a very unsafe feeling. Stove was hooked up right in front of cupboards and microwave. No pans to cook with, only pots. Floor by toilet is old and ruined so it sinks and says when you stand by it.

I would pick over a hotel

Overall the apartment was clean and decent sized. The shower is a one person stand up shower. they provided shampoo and conditioner, but they didn't provide any soap or body wash. There is a small kitchen with pots, but no skillets. However, we were able to make it work for our short stay. They also want you to take out the trash, but gave no instructions on which of the trash cans were theirs vs the neighbors. The bed was a nice size, but on the firm side for my liking.

This property was perfect for us since it was close to the hospital where we have a loved one. It was fairly quiet and mostly clean (the shower could have used a bit of work). For the price, it was a good place. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the comfortable beds.
