Front desk told me my booking was for a handicapped room and I should not book it u less I truly needed it. I have had knee replacements and can’t do stairs, but she was very judgmental and rude about it.

Staff were pleasant, room was dirty. Candy on floor was dusty like it had been there awhile, dried mud, partially full Gatorade bottle, table dirty, floor not vacuumed and all lamps unplugged so I had to get on the floor in a dark room with my phone flashlight to find the plugs under the nightstand to have light. Breakfast was just 2 types of cold cereal or toast, juice or coffee. Walls thin, room noisy. Very disappointing.

I have pretty modest expectations at budget hotels, but first room prompted me to ask for another. The concern was that the front desk clerk didn't even bother/need to ask why. The second was also in disrepair, but acceptable.

Both rooms were dirty!!! And as we were checking in someone had notified us that there could possibly be drug paraphernalia in each room has a lot of meth addicts have been using that hotel because the hotel across the street closed down. The place was very dirty.
