Breakfast was yucky, coffee was good. No way of contacting front desk to say that someone had tv blaring at 3am until 6 and was up talking while I was trying to sleep. Sink and tub did not drain.

Worst night of my life

I was not allowed to stay at the zoo right last night because I am a resident of Billings Montana there is nothing on your website that states that residents of Billings Montana are not allowed to stay so I paid for a night that I never received and on top of it the front desk person was so rude and yelled at me in the lobby in front of all the other guests I am completely and utterly embarrassed and angry and I had to sleep in my car I believe that something should be taken care of this I should be reimbursed and on top of that I believe I should receive some compensation this is ridiculous I should not be treated like this especially when the room is already paid for
