In the heart of the Nivernais countryside, this authentic 250 m² longère blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Thanks to its thick stone walls, the house stays pleasantly cool in summer. Located at the entrance of a quiet hamlet, you’ll still find all amenities just minutes away.



Accommodating up to 9 guests—or 10 with the baby bed—the house offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, a child’s bathtub, several inviting living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, a workspace, laundry room, and various relaxation spaces complete the indoor amenities.



Outdoors, enjoy a large 1,800 m² tree-lined garden with shaded spots, a spacious two-level terrace with electric awning, barbecue, and fire pit—perfect for memorable moments with family or friends.
