The room was grimy and the person at the front desk said cleaning was available upon request and not standard. The “balcony” was the door opening out to the parking lot. It was so loud between people yelling and fighting and the airport, definitely not a great location and you have to walk around the entire exterior to get to and from your room, or drive. The website is misleading.

Nice facility but unfortunately located in airport flight lines. Rooms well insulated for sound but court yard was deafening when planes passed overhead. Would still stay there again. Staff was great and hotel appears recently renovated.

The hotel was located in a sketchy part of town, but I figured it would be fine for a night. We checked in and the room was nice and clean. We decided to eat out for dinner, and when we came back, we parked near the stairs up to the room. There was a man in a white tank top and basketball shorts walking down the row of rooms carrying a pistol on one hand. Obviously we were very scared, and once he went into a room, we snuck up to our room and grabbed our stuff. When we went to the front desk and told them what happened and asked for a refund, she tried to tell me it was the hotel security that I saw. At that point, hotel security came through the front door talking about a drug deal, and was very clearly not the same man we saw. We told the front desk attendant that it was not the same man, and there was a man in a tank top walking around carrying a pistol in his hand. She said she could not give a refund since the room was booked through a third party. I reached out automatically to Expedia, who said they would contact the property about a refund. The hotel refused a refund, claiming that it was against their policy. Upon a second attempt to reach an agreement, the hotel claimed that it was the security guard I saw with a holstered pistol. This property is not safe, and they will not guarantee anything. It is in an unsafe neighborhood. Find somewhere else to stay.

Great nights sleep

Stopped here for a quick nights sleep on a long haul cross-country trip. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean the hotel was. I believe that they have just renovated it. Worth the stop!
