The only issue was at 4 p chec in. Only 1 person working the desk and 40 people in line. That’s unacceptable and you need ample staff at check in.

Great time with friends. The pool area and lazy river are very nice and a lot of fun. The Bloody Marys are delicious. Will definitely be back.

Pool area was exquisite, the Lazy river is awesome and my Grandkids loved the slides. The bed was firm comfortable. The grille staff seemed preoccupied and was very slow our order was cold when we got it. Overall it was a pleasant Experience.

Tremendous pool and family time. Very quiet rooms. Great black out drapes. Huge bathroom. I forgot some personal toiletries and they supplied free!
