Room needs work fix all fixtures in restroom and the hotel didn’t smell fresh very musty smell everywhere. Check in stall not friendly and key didn’t work had to take it back to front desk to be rekeyed. All staff not friendly Would not come back.

Saludos, En relación al hotel cuando me entregaron la habitación estaba sucia baño con toallas en el piso que se bañaron y la cama regada que se levantaron y la dejaron así. Le dejé saber a la muchacha de limpieza ella se sorprendió mucho y me dijo fuera abajo a notificar y me dieran otro cuarto. Me dieron otro cuarto y un desayuno de cortesía que no utilice. La habitación que me dieron el aire acondicionado no servía pasé la noche con calor. Mi estadía no fue agradable. Al igual que el carro después que pagué todo atravez de ustedes NUNCA me dieron el carro y tampoco me reembolsaron el dinero. Tuve que pedir un UBER.
