The idea of the hotel is great except it’s a very odd layout. Plan accordingly or be prepared to walk back and forth several times. We have been several times as a kid friendly place to stay for a cheer comp. The hotel rooms are in need of updating. There’s corrosion on the lamps, the plugs for things are very loose and hardly hold what your plugging in. Towels are the cheapest I have ever used anywhere. The wash rags are so thin you can see through them. There is a bar of soap and in the shower dispensers to shampoo and body wash. No lotion no or makeup wipes. In room coffee is cheap no brand and get a silverware holder with a powder creamer and sugar. No tea options. After checkout the only employees you see are the bartenders, restaurant & arcade employees. I slept horribly bc I couldn’t get the air temperature at an accurate temp. The heater was too hot and blew over the bed I was in, the cool was freezing and never shut off. Maybe user error but with how the rest of the place is I doubt it.

They need maintenence work to these rooms. AC was extremely loud, shower door would just open by itself during a shower, light switch broken, mattress extremely worn out. Spent $300 in the game room where majority of the games did not work(again no maintenance). Bottom line please dont skip out on maintenance to your establishment.

I will not stay there again. The hotel was essentially vacant and would not allow early check in except for a huge fee. The set up was odd with ALOT of rules / could not take luggage racks into garage no matter how many suitcases you had.
