The people was friendly but the rooms need updating the room had a lot of rust and old lamps every thing in the room and bathroom was rusted

The room we stayed in didn’t look clean at all. I had to wipe and sanitize all the surfaces in the bathroom, door knob, fridge, microwave, counters, and each of the hangers from dust and dirt. We were so disappointed! We are not coming back here again.

Manageable

Location is great to the Convention center. Breakfast was not the best, but the waffles were great for the kids. Our room was dusty and the bathroom tub could have used some attention. We were able to make it work for the 2 nights we were there for a cheer competition.

The lady who escort me at the lobby very nice n helpful. I like the area because very quite. The big guy who help me when i extend also very nice but not the skinny guy who in charge when i have to early check out. He doesn't have sense of hospitality at all. He should go to Bali how we say goodbye to our guests. The cleanliness not so good. Under the seat of the toilet need more touching and the tv area dusty. Also they need improve for the breakfast.. nothing special. Thank you hope this hotel getting better because i love the quite area
