The unit is bright and airy thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and access from each room to a spacious balcony allows you to fully experience stunning ocean views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This 1302 sq ft condominium unit is in a contemporary style high-rise building with interior hallways and an attached garage. Our unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area, washer & dryer in unit, and premium granite countertops in kitchen and bath. There are lots of amenities on site and resort-feel landscaping. Location close to established Gulf Coast gaming casinos, unique restaurants and shops, tourist attractions, and activities.

Our 2 bedroom/2 bath with an additional air mattress that can be inflated in the living area sleeps up to 6 guests. 4K LED high-definition TVs in each room, free wireless high-speed internet, and fully-equipped kitchen. An indoor gym, seasonally heated pool, grill under pavilion and picnic areas.

--Pack n' play provided for your babies' need.
--NEW UPGRADED COFFEE STATION: 14-cup coffee maker, Maxwell coffee 1.5 oz ground coffee bags, sweetener, syrup, creamer provided! No more keurig - out with the plastics! Electric kettle also provided.
--Not provided: shampoo, body soap, laundry detergent, condiments, seasonings, and cooking oil.

Beach access is a short walking distance across the street from the Ocean Club. Building has security on duty during evening hours.

Self check-in procedure. Instructions will be sent via VRBO message 1-2 days prior to check-in.

We've updated our condo over the course of 6 years - this includes brand new furnishings, mattresses, and accessories.

Please treat our vacation home as if it is your home! Any damages can lead up to $500 charges. These include stains to bedding, towels, carpet, broken items, smoking indoors that can cause stains and smell, loss of fob keys, etc. Please be careful not to cause any damage to common areas of the building.

HOUSE RULES:
--6 guests maximum.
--No smoking inside unit and building but permitted on balcony.
--No parties, events or large gatherings.
--No pets. Pets are restricted to owners only.
--No open flame grills on balcony.
--Do not hang any items & clothing on balcony railings.
--Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am.
--Follow pool and gym rules.
--Follow parking rules. One free garage parking spot and one spot in parking lot.
--All garbage must be contained in bags or containers that do not leak before being placed inside trash chute. Do not put boxes in trash chute.

This condo offers its guests an outdoor pool and a fitness center. This condo also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
