1. Property location was very good. Only 1/2 block from beach/ main drag.2. Apartment was very clean with only a slight denote of the shower curtain needs to be replaced and the tub surround up at the top needed to be wiped down better. 3. Bed was comfy. We slept very good.4. The Bedroom needs privacy curtains severely. We had to hang bed sheets up to attempt cut down on the powerful property lights at night. 5. Living room suggestions. Tho the Ikia couch sufficed. It barely did. At 6’3” I overwhelmed it and couldn’t get comfy. The place needs a loveseat. I understand it’s a rental property and the urge to keep furniture cost down but this was kind of a joke for seating. We have 2 rental condos and we understand but the couch was a joke. Hang some pictures, make an attempt for it to be a little more comfortable. Lastly - Overall it’s really a nice place, close to the action and very clean. When booking I was accidentally given the wrong dates to book. “Overbooked by 1 day” I realized it and contacted the property managers by the phone # given within the timeframe the VRBO stated I had to as to not incur a penalty or charge. 3 calls later I I’m told they won’t refund my money because this is their busy season! I should have taken it up with VRBO. What kind of crap is that? They own the property. I’m still looking for my 1 night refund. Buyer beware!!!!
