Great Stay

The hotel was nice and clean. Very comfy beds and spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly. The only thing I would change is break time being at 6 instead of 630 mainly because I have to leave for work at 630 and couldn’t have breakfast

Great location. Pool looked nice but did not get a chance to go in. Did not take advantage of breakfast. I needed to do laundry but the one machine was not working. The staf tried helping me and was able to provide me with the address of a local laundry facility. Did not like to go out for laundey after being out on the road 8+ hrs.

The place odor was very bad the smell of fumigation for insets was horrible the breakfast was really bad the place needs to be painted. For me didn’t made the standards of Wyndham reputation

No help fron evening shift!!!

The first night we got there it rained and water was coming through the walls. No one from the hotel came to mop the water up. We were given towels and told to put them on the floor. We had to do this for three of the four nights we were there. Noone ever came to check on th issue. We had to go get the towels and mop the floors. I requested an accessibility room due to a broken ankle.. However, there was no tub matt and the shower chair did not fut in the tub correctly. I actually slipped off the chair onto the side of the tub. When i asked for another chair, I was told they didn't have

I did not enjoy my stay. I was not satisfied with my hotel room. There were no towels in my room on arrival. I didn't get towels until the next day. The lamps on the wall beside the bed were rusted and neither worked properly. I will never stay at this hotel again. I was not satisfied with my service.

Horrible Experience!

Upon entering the room, we were immediately met with black mold on the walls and lamp, posing a serious health risk, particularly to a vulnerable infant. We also discovered exposed electrical outlets, a broken door, and crumbling walls, all of which made the room feel unsafe and uninhabitable. The overall environment was filthy and neglected, far from acceptable by any hospitality standard. To make matters worse, when we attempted to raise these concerns with staff, we were met with poor customer service and indifference. There was no sense of urgency or apology. After complaining and explaining the fact that we had a three month old, we had to find other arrangements. The Indian woman at the desk told us to contact Hotels.com, they would call her, and she would approve a full refund, we left for a safer hotel. This experience was not only unpleasant — it was a serious safety issue, and I am shocked that such conditions were allowed to exist in an establishment open to the public. To make things worse, the management lied and said we never complained, which is not true. Hotels.com is taking their managers word over photo proof etc… and will not help us! We are out $755 dollars plus the high cost of finding another hotel the day of, after flying all day to see my son who is stationed at Keesler AFB. Never using Hitels.com or Wingate by Wyndam Hotels for any other vacations!

Had to ask for a new room since the first one they gave us was SUPER DIRTY towels still on the floor and bed not made. New room was okay but still dirty Breakfast area was dirty, full of trash, waffle maker did not work, trash smelled like used pads, etc. horrible place

There was mold on the outside of the building. The trash was overflowing leading into the lobby. The air inside felt damp and smelled of mildew. The bathroom had dust. The refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out prior to our stay. The pool water was murky and it had a ring around the perimeter. Trash from other guests were left under and around the chairs. Probably won’t revisit.
This is where they placed the clean towels. We had to collect them and bring them to the front desk everyday. We couldn’t get new clean towels without doing this.

There is extensive water damage to the whole property. From the outside it is a really nice place but as soon as you step foot inside you are met with a stench. The second floor was far worse. The pool was disgusting and hot. The first room we were given was soaking wet.. like the fire sprinklers turned on. The second room was better.. the smell was still really bad. The breakfast was subpar. We didn’t eat because of the cleanliness issues of the property. It does seem like there are only 2 people who work here. They were nice but goodness gracious.

TERRIBLE

Rundown hotel. Needs A LOT of updating. Smelled of roach spray and mildew. The only thing good about the place was the bed was comfortable; plenty of hot water; and, the pool was good. I am disappointed and letdown that this is a Wyndham establishment.

Worst stay

Lobby /breakfast area is very unsanitary. There is a scent of dead rodents was over bearing in the common area. The swimming pool had aluminum cans and trash at the bottom. Rodent droppings and dead rodents caught on traps near the out of order ice machine on 2nd floor. Could be a great hotel with proper upkeep.

Okay for a short time

Stayed for a month for work. Overall decent, but the wifi is basically unusable. No one comes to clean the room despite the sign in the room saying it will be cleaned every few days. Noisy during the weekends, loud bass and people running around being loud in the halls. Gets a little dirty as well in the hallways and elevator. The staff are at the front desk maybe 50% of the time. There’s one public washer/dryer for the whole hotel, only takes quarters.

Poor condition the floors on the second level had soft spot and felt like you was about to fall thru the floor. The hall way had been vacuumed in no telling when. My room had holes in the wall the Tv didn’t work lamp was falling off the wall. no curtains the rod looks as if it had been ripped off. My room Had a sink hole soft spot in the floor. Still had previous tenant dirty underwear in the closet. The bed sheets look they was not changed only made up. Hotel description says had large truck parking it does not. Elevator was nasty door had rust all over it. Would never recommend this for anyone to stay at.
