Room was dated but relatively clean. Beds were hard and more blankets would have been appreciated. Staff were lovely. Free, hot breakfast daily a great perk and included eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, toast, waffles, cereal, fruit and assorted pastries and biscuits.

I stayed for one night with my daughter’s travel softball team. I had a King Suite and it was the cleanest most awesome room I have ever stayed in. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again and and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Binghamton, NY.

Overall, it was good. Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. There was some black gunk on the handrails in the shower that was concerning, but the rest of the bathroom was clean.

The room was clean and quiet. The facility was away from the highway and thus very quiet. We were in the area for a wedding and the facility was conveniently located nearby. Breakfast had a good variety of offerings and was very good. Dining area was well stocked, maintained, and clean. My wife needed a couple of safety pins to pin the dress she was wearing to the wedding and the front desk gladly provided what they had to help. Thank You
