We weren’t notified when I booked that the pool wasn’t available! My kids were looking forward to swimming on downtime. If I would have know about the pool not being open, I would have booked someplace else! They didn’t tell us that until we walked down ready to go and that’s when we found out. Try doing that with 2 young kids! The room was nice when we walked in but then over our stay we started noticing things like mold in the bathroom, the fridge didn’t work, the thermostat didn’t work sometimes it would just turn off. The buffet breakfast wasn’t a thing on Saturday morning because “the hotel wasn’t full enough” is what we were told by the staff. The second night someone was smoking in there room(None smoking room) with the door open. I went and notified the staff because it was so horrible I smelt it in my room, they told the person they couldn’t have the door open. Nothing about smoking!

Walls are super thin and you can hear every conversation from the room next door. Staff was great but I had some rowdy neighbors that did not sleep through the night and had a loud conversation all night.

Location was Business district, however there were seedy characters hanging about. I would habe felt better if they ateast had a fence around the property. There wasnt any information regarding hotel amenities. Bathroom had loose wallpaper. But, the biggest disappointment was no continental breakfast for the price.

We don’t live very far from this location but we do like to stay overnight whenever we go to an event at the Arena. The hotel is right across the street. Easy parking in their parking lot make it convenient. If it’s a nice day, so many walkable options. The hotel staff are all so friendly & helpful.
