I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Holiday Inn Binghamton. The condition of the bathroom was unacceptable — the walls of the shower were visibly dirty, and the shower floor was just as bad. It was so unpleasant that I didn’t even feel comfortable using it. For the price I paid, I expected much better standards of cleanliness. I will not be returning and definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Binghamton Deserves Better

Absurdly small room in a dilapidated, architecturally defunct building. Biker gangs and heavy smoking immediately outside the front doors. An unwillingness to extend late checkout to a family of 3 to just noon until the morning of. Sorry excuse for a hotel let alone a major chain. Never again. Binghamton deserves better.
