The Space:

Raya and Aiden Farm House by Tiny Away is situated in a peaceful 60-acre bushland property in Binjura, Australia. Just 8 minutes from Cooma, within easy reach of the Snowy Mountains and Perisher Valley.



Wander around the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, Barmah National Park, and Victoria’s Great Ocean Road. Discover Australia’s rich biodiversity when you visit the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest.



Wake up to breathtaking panoramic views and unwind in a peaceful, elevated setting surrounded by nature. The spacious, open-plan living area is filled with natural light, with high ceilings and large windows that bring the outdoors in.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower. It's the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday home.



IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we have two tiny homes, "Raya Farm House and Aiden Farm House," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence.

Wander around the most breathtaking natural landmarks like the Great Barrier Reef, the largest coral reef system on Earth. Also see the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, the sacred site featuring iconic rock formations, or the ancient Daintree Rainforest. Explore the Barmah National Park to see the largest redgum forest, or check out the Twelve Apostles, striking limestone stacks along Victoria’s Great Ocean Road.

By Car:



- 1 hour from Canberra, 4 hours from Sydney

- Easily accessible by 2WD



By Public Transport:



- Take the Murrays bus from Sydney to Canberra (around AUD $40)

- Then continue from Canberra to Cooma for AUD $12

- Pets should be kept on a leash at all times

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- All mobile carriers provide good connectivity at the property

- The property relies on rainwater, so guests are required to bring their own drinking water

- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent before arrival

- Guests may smoke outside the tiny house, but all smoking materials must be properly put out because of the bushfire hazard

- For stays of 5 nights or more (or for bookings of 5 nights or more), an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
