Hospitality was top notch from all the staff. They have bicycles, buggy rides, transport and all which makes it very convenient. However, the rooms could be cleaner. The floor was so dusty that you will need to wear the room slippers. Cleaning of the room was not done properly also. The shared amenities with Holiday Inn is helpful.

A beautiful slice of Indonesian paradise

What an amazing slice of paradise! The hotel is less than a year old, stylishly appointed with friendly can-do staff. Totally unlike Bali - no crowds, no noise, pristine white sand. A shot hop by ferry from Singapore so you can mix the cosmopolitan bustle of Singapore with the laid back paradise that is Bintan Island. I give Hotel Indigo full marks for a beautiful experience! I’ll definitely be back!

Impeccable, nothing less!

Impeccable - everything was perfect. Newly opened, staff was extremely friendly and service minded. The pools were amazing, food the same. Long walks on a beautiful beach.
