Sehr schön gelegenes, ruhiges, gepflegtes und sauberes Appartement mit einladendem Balkon in unmittelbarer Nähe der Strandpromenade. Das Appartement hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung, ist modern und gemütlich. Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Sehr vorteilhaft ist der Extraraum für Bekleidung und Gepäck. Erfreulicherweise ist ein Strandkorb am Badestrand inklusive. Aus der Tiefgarage gelangt man mit dem Fahrstuhl bequem zum Appartement. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir fahren seit über 20 Jahren mehrfach im Jahr auf Rügen in den Urlaub, bisher immer Binz und bevorzugen dabei die Strandvillen. Mit dem Service sind wir sehr zufrieden, kleine Problemchen werden immer schnell und freundlich behoben! Wir haben uns auch dieses Mal wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment war sauber, hat eine sehr gut sortierte Küchenausstattung und sogar einen Backofen, das Bett ist wunderbar und der eingebaute Balkon für die kühleren Novembertage sehr angenehm, für 2 Personen eine optimale Größe! Kleiner, aber vertretbarer Wermutstropfen, die Fenstergardinen sind nicht mehr taufrisch und bei längerem Leerstand bis zur nächsten Buchung, was in der absoluten Nebensaison durchaus sein kann, bitte mal lüften. Danke für die tolle und gemütliche Unterkunft! ????????????????

Ferienwohnung in Top Lage. Man konnte immer auf dem Balkon essen. Einrichtung war auch sehr gut. Spülmaschine und Tablet vorhanden.
