Double bed 200 x 180 cm, small seating area. Bathroom with hairdryer, toilet and shower (120x80 cm). The shower is separated by frosted glass walls from the living room. Flat screen TV (cable), stereo, DVD player. Size: about 26 m². Paved terrace to the west with furniture, barbecue and a small lawn. This apartment is suitable for single travelers or couples. An extra bed is not recommended.

The Villa Amelie was built in Mediterranean-style in the quiet Amselweg. No neighbors except a few chirping blackbirds can look at the terrace of your apartment. Our apartments are well maintained, as new and individually furnished. Ecological building and a high quality of the facility were important to us. Mudstones, large wooden windows and a heat pump heating provide a comfortable indoor climate, the toilets are flushed with rainwater. All furniture is of high quality and made of real wood. Although the house was rebuilt, it retains a little residential charm by turn of the century with many details such as historic, lovingly restored doors (of course with safety interlock) or generous ceiling heights.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 00:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.
