Bathroom with shower / WC and washer and dryer for a fee. Lovingly furnished living room with dining area, sofa bed and 2 armchairs. The large flat screen TV, player and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment for all ages. The superbly equipped open plan kitchen offers everything for a communal breakfast, lunch and dinner with the whole family. At the living area and bedroom adjoining east-facing balcony. Daylight bathroom with shower / WC and washing machine and dryer fee. 1 parking space is available free of charge. Linen package on request per person 15, -. Please book in advance or book online. The house Windrose 2 was completely renovated in 2019 and is located in a central location of the seaside resort Binz. The 4 apartments are furnished with great attention to detail and have living space to about 58m ². The great location advantage lies in the short walking distance of the Schmachter lake. It offers quiet park benches, a children's playground and lots of nature. On foot, just a few steps away, you have good shopping, varied gastronomy and the beautiful beach promenade of Binz with its sophisticated spa and the pier. A few steps from here you can feel the fine sandy beach of Binz and enjoy the waters of the incomparable Baltic Sea!Pure sunshine!

Coole Wohnung unweit vom Strand entfernt

Wir hatten für eine Woche die Wohnung Nummer 10 gebucht, aber die Wohnung 9 erhalten. Anstelle des Ostbalkons bekamen wir nun den Westbalkon, da kann man nicht meckern. Alles Andere ist hier auch top, gute Lage, die Wohnungen sind modern eingerichtet, der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist auch top. Ein Tipp für alle die bei der Anreise zu früh auf der Insel sind. Fahrt zur Cartbahn nach Bergen und dreht da ein paar Runden, cooler kann der Urlaub kaum starten.

War alles sehr sauber und eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Lage ist auch super, in 5 min ist man am Strand!
