Wir hatten die SV 713 in der Villa Elfeld mit Balkon und herrlichem (seitl.) Meerblick. Die Wohnung und die Lage in der ersten Reihe am Meer waren super. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Erwähnenswert ist, dass ein Fahrstuhl von der Tiefgarage zu den oberen Stockwerken fährt, sehr praktisch, ca. 6 Stufen sind dann noch zu laufen.
