The beautiful Villa Allegra was completely renovated in 2013 in the center of Binz. The house has a free sauna, a relaxation room and a coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer. You can store your bicycles in the lockable bicycle room. The villa is equipped with a lift. Your high-quality furnished and equipped with the latest technology 2-room Non smoking apartment (SAND & STONES) is located on the first floor. It is about 40m² in size and can accommodate up to 2 people. In the living room you will find an open kitchen with granite worktop, granite dining table, brand-built appliances (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer) and small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a 37 inch LED flat screen TV, stereo (radio / CD / iPhone docking station), video intercom and free unlimited Wi-Fi access. The bedroom has a comfortable brand box spring bed with high quality mattress (160x200) and a wardrobe. In the apartment oak flooring is laid and all windows are provided with pleats. The 12 m², covered south-west facing balcony, is equipped with TEAK-WOOD furniture and accessible from both rooms. The modern natural stone bathroom has a large walk-in shower, underfloor heating, fixed hair dryer, towel dryer and make-up mirror.
