The approximately 40m ² two-room apartment is located on the first floor and is very modern for up to 3 people. A small dog is allowed on request. In the living room you will find a modern open kitchen with granite worktop, dining table, built-in brand appliances (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer) and appropriate small appliances. Other amenities in the living room include a large flat-screen TV and free wireless internet access. The sofa bed provides ample space for a 3. Person. The bedroom has a 1.80 x 2.00 m comfortable bed (split mattresses), a flat screen TV, wardrobe etc. The modern marble bathroom has a large walk-in shower, adjustable underfloor heating, hair dryer, towel dryer etc. The covered, furnished balcony is accessible from the living room and bedroom, here you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun. The linen package can be booked for a fee.

The new Villa Allegra in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz offers you very modern and elegantly furnished two- and three-room apartments. The size of the apartments varies between 39 and 110 m².  All apartments have a spacious and bright living room with integrated open kitchen. The comfortable modern sofa in the living room can be used partly as a sleeping accommodation. The separate, beautifully designed bedrooms / bedrooms have a z. T. Boxspring beds with bedside tables, the windows are equipped with blackout pleats and / or blackout curtains. The bathrooms are high quality with marble, modern and very elegant. Each apartment is accessible by lift. Each apartment has a parking space for your car. Outside there is a covered, lockable Fahrradunterstellplatz (limited capacity).
Washer and dryer in the house. free wifi, no apartment on the ground floor, sauna in the house. For those who like a relaxed arrival and departure, we offer not to put the day of the trip on the weekend. To avoid long waiting times and traffic jams.   On Saturday we try to make the apartments ready for you by 3 pm, if we can not make it, we ask for your understanding.
