The decor is upscale, leaves nothing to be desired.  You can expect a completely newly furnished apartment, flooded with light with a balcony in a pure southwest location and no direct ocean but free lake view. You can look forward to a 32 square meter living-dining area with a large flat-screen TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi and an integrated angle kitchen, which of course is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. For example, a coffee machine with integrated grinder is available for you. You have two bedrooms, each with a flat screen TV and safe, as well as a tub daylight bathroom with additional shower and a shower room. The furniture is bright, modern and exquisite. The new Villa Allegra in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz offers you very modern and elegantly furnished two- and three-room apartments. The size of the apartments varies between 39 and 110 m².  All apartments have a spacious and bright living room with integrated open kitchen. The comfortable modern sofa in the living room can be used partly as a sleeping accommodation. The separate, beautifully designed bedrooms / bedrooms have a z. T. Boxspring beds with bedside tables, the windows are provided with blackout pleats and / or blackout curtains. The bathrooms are high quality with marble, modern and very elegant. Each apartment is accessible by lift. Each apartment has a parking space for your car. Outside there is a covered, lockable Fahrradunterstellplatz (limited capacity). For those who like a relaxed arrival and departure, we offer not to put the day of the trip on the weekend.
