The large apartment in the Villa Vergissmeinnicht was completely renovated in winter 2017. It is located in the center of Alt-Binz, in Wylichstraße. To the beautiful, wide sandy beach Binzer there are only about 300 m. Behind the house there is for each apartment 2 parking spaces (included in the price) and a secure bicycle storage room, shop / bakery, there are nearby. IC train station about 500 meters away.

Villa Vergissmeinnicht

Die Ferienwohnung ist recht ansprechend. Leider erreicht man sie nur über eine sehr steile Treppe. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre eine Waschmaschine günstig. Die Hecke zum Haus sollte verschnitten werden. Mit Gepäck kommt man schlecht vorbei.Ein neuer Trockner auf der Terrasse ist nötig. Der Alte ist verrostet und defekt. Die Strandnähe ist wunderbar.

Eine wunderschöne Zeit in einer sehr schönen Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist für sechs Erwachsene sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und nicht weit vom Meer entfernt! :) Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist recht steil. Wäre super, wenn dies in der Beschreibung genannt und vllt. mit Foto gezeigt werden würde, damit man sich im Vorfeld drauf einstellen kann.

Super Lage, total ruhig

Steile Treppe ins 1. OG. Nichts für jemanden mit Fuß-/Knieproblemen. Im Winter unbedingt Kaminholz mitnehmen (Ofen vorhanden, könnte man in die Beschreibung des Objekts aufnehmen), da sonst der Wohnraum eher kühl ist, im Gegenzug zu den Schlafzimmern. Gute Matratzen, tolle Küche und Badezimmer. Parkplatz ist super da man überall bezahlen muss. Fußläufig zu Meer und Fußgängerzone

Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super ! Strand , Restaurants und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist groß und alles Nötige vorhanden. Wir kommen wieder !

Toller Urlaub

Tolle Unterkunft, hell, freundlich und große gemütliche Räume. Tipp ausgestattet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Treppe zur Wohnung - das Treppengeländer ist etwas zu niedrig und der Ein- und Ausgang erfolgt direkt von/ auf die erste Treppenstufe. Also bei Nutzung mit älteren Personen und Kleinkindern beachten.

Binz ist eine Reise wert

Das Objekt liegt in super zentraler Lager mit großer Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung hat eine umfassende Küchenausstattung. Negativ war leider, dass die Wohnung (insbesondere zu Coronazeiten) nicht sauber war. U.a. Küchenherd und WC Bürstenhalter zeigten deutliche Spuren der Vorgänger auf. Das Oberlicht im Flur war defekt, was wohl dazu führte, dass die Wärme abzog. Die Heizungen selbst müssten mal entlüftet werden, ständiges blubbern. Die Treppe ins OG ist mega steil mit einem kleinen Bogen, dass macht es nicht einfach das Reisegepäck nach oben zu bringen. Dazu kam, dass die unterste Stufe keinen Teppich hatte, was auf den Fiesen recht glatt ist. Meine Mutter (80+) muss mit einem Gehstock die Treppen hoch, diese Treppe ist für Menschen mit leichter Gehbehinderung leider nicht geeignet.

Es war alles super!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrtücher, Geschirrspüler und Tabs. Es wurde an alles gedacht!

Superschöne Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Leider ein Stern Abzug, da auf dieser Nebenstraße (mit Kopfsteinpflastet) schon um 6:00 Uhr morgens recht viel Verkehr ist und die Schlafzimmerfenster zur Straße liegen. Auch hat uns der Lärm der Gäste aus dem gegenüberliegenden mexikanischen Restaurants zweimal in der einen Woche bis 2:00 Uhr vom Schlafen abgehalten.

Modern eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung mit 3 vollwertigen Schlafzimmern in älterem Haus mit Charme

Eine knappe Woche unserer Herbstferien haben wir in dieser Wohnung in Binz verbracht und den Wechsel aus Küstensturm und Spätsommer genossen. Als fünfköpfige Familie suchen wir immer nach FeWo'n mit drei Schlafzimmern, was die Auswahl im mittleren Preissegment stark einschränkt. Die zentrale Lage führt zwar zu einem "wenig spektakulären" Ausblick (wir sind da aber wahrscheinlich etwas verwöhnt), dafür sind aber alle Richtungen (Strand, Seebrücke, Schmachter See, Geschäfte, Bahnhöfe) fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Innenausbau und IKEA-dominierte Einrichtung sind sehr geschmackvoll und ordentlich. Die Kombination aus alter Bausubstanz und modernem Einrichtungsstil ist gut gelungen. Wir waren mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zufrieden.
