The apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa, seen from the main entrance on the sun street (dead end) on the right. The nice thing is: Since the villa stands on a small dune, you are on the ground floor by normal standards already upstairs.

The south-facing apartment is generously sized with about 86 square meters and has a layout that is very popular with our customers. It consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, a guest room and a separate toilet. The apartment also has two spacious terraces.

Schönes Apartment im Herzen von Binz

Schönes, modernes und gepflegtes Apartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist zentral an der Hauptstraße gelegen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber. Parkplätze sind direkt am Gebäude mit Zugang zum Fahrstuhl/Treppenhaus. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Bäder gepflegt und komfortabel. Die Küche ist modern und insgesamt gut ausgestattet.Persönlich hätte ich es schön gefunden, wenn Salz und etwas mehr als 3 Tabs für den Geschirrspüler sowie Ersatzmüllbeutel vorhanden gewesen wären. Auch ein Vorhang im Wohnzimmer würde sich gut machen, insbesondere wenn man abends auf der Couch sitzt und in Richtung Straße blickt.

Schöne Wohnung in schlechter Lage

Haus und Eingangsbereich sehr hübsch mit großem Parkplatz. Einrichtung ok. Zweites Schlafzimmer und Bad sehr klein. Größtes Manko: direkt an Hauptverkehrsstraße, daher laut, Ausblick auf halb verfallenes Nachbarhaus bzw. Straße, daher Terrassen nicht nutzbar. Weg zum Strand keineswegs nur wenige Schritte, sondern ca 20 Minuten Fußweg. Wir würden das Objekt nicht mehr mieten.

Praktische und saubere Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, wenn auch nicht direkt in Meernähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür, leider auch die Hauptverkehrsstraße. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Nette Vermieter und unproblematische Übergaben.

Die Ferienwohnung ist von der Ausstattung her gut. Einzige "Minuspunkte": die Couch ist für ältere Leute auf Grund der Höhe nicht geeignet, die Bettdecken sind sehr warm, außer man ist eine "Frostbeule". Die Lage an der Hauptverkehrsstraße ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Schlafen bei offenen Fenster ist nicht möglich. Der Einkauf von Lebensmitteln ist fußläufig optimal zu erledigen. Parkplatz direkt am Haus und Fahrstuhl sogar vom Parkplatz aus ist eine super Sache.

Moderne Ferienwohnung

Die Reinigung war im Vorfeld nicht optimal erledigt worden.Staub und lange Haare waren im Bad sowie im Schlaf- und Flurbereich vorzufinden. Dennoch: Die Wohnung hat eine prima Raumaufteilung. Alles reduziert und aktuell stylisch eingerichtet. Klasse ist auch die Möglichkeit Wäsche waschen und trocknen zu können. Das Einzige was wir wirklich etwas vermisst haben, war eine bessere Bereitstellung von Küchenutensilien, denn die Küche ansich lädt durchaus zum eigenen Kochen und Backen ein. Da fehlte doch einiges an Equipment, was wir von einer hochwertigen Ferienwohnung erwarten. Unser Fazit lautet trotzdem: Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung, schick und gemütlich. Wir würden sie gerne noch einmal buchen und zwar im Sommer.

Schöne Wohnung, falsche Lage.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt, es fehlt an nichts. Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus. Problem ist jedoch, dass das Haus direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße von Binz liegt. Dadurch ist die Wohnung bei geöffneten Fenstern sehr laut. Der Verkehr fängt Morgens um 5.00 Uhr an und wird erst ab 22.00 Uhr ruhiger.
