Badezimmerproblem - aber sonst alles in Ordnung

Allgemeine Kommentare: Die Lage ist großartig, da es nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielen Restaurants entfernt ist. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war ausreichend. Beim Check-in wurde gesagt, dass aufgrund eines Defekts kein Duschen möglich ist, sondern nur Baden möglich ist. Nachdem ich alles ausgepackt und die Wohnung bezogen hatte, stellte sich heraus, dass weder Bad noch Dusche möglich war. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir in eine andere Wohnung umziehen und verbrachten den Rest unseres Aufenthaltes dort. Abgesehen von der Unannehmlichkeit, alles umziehen zu müssen, war der Rest des Aufenthalts in Ordnung. Aber der Makler/Eigentümer hätte sich des Badezimmerproblems voll bewusst sein und niemanden die Wohnung besetzen lassen sollen, bis es ordnungsgemäß repariert wurde.

Sehr schöner Sommerurlaub

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt und diverse Restaurants liegen direkt vor der Tür. Wir fanden dies sehr praktisch. Für Leute die aber gern bei offenen Fenster ausschlafen ist die Wohnung eher nicht so geeignet, da morgens die Ladenbesitzer früh anfangen ihre Auslagen rauszuschieben etc. Aber wie gesagt, das ist Geschmackssache. Der Strand ist super nah. Das Parkhaus mit dem Stellplatz nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Dies ist auch mit ziemlich großen Autos (SUV mit 2m Breite und 5m Länge) befahrbar.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage.

Auch wegen der Wohnung haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das sehr großes Badezimmer und die gut ausgestattete Küche sind erwähnenswert. Der Parkplatz im nahegelegenen Parkhaus hat uns überrauscht, da wir trotz der zentralen Lage einen kurzen Weg zu unserem Fahrzeug hatten. Sehr sauber, alles gut und sehr empfehlenswert...

Sehr schön, gerne wieder. Tolle Lage!

Die Wohnung punktet eindeutig mit ihrer Lage und ihrer hellen wohnlichen Atmosphäre. Bei dem Preis hätte das Wäschepaket (Bettwäsche, Handtücher) aber schon inbegriffen sein können.

Grosse helle und sehr zentralgelegene 3-Zimmerwohnung. Super eingerichtet und viel Platz. Im 2. Stock ohne Lift! Parkiert wird im 5 Min. entfernten Parkhaus. Reservierter Parkplatz in der zweiten Parkenene.

Wir hatten eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung . Binz ist sehr schön Hundestrände sind ziemlich enttäuschend
