Es ist eine in die Jahre gekommene Anlage. Unsere Wohnung 31/235 wurde als Komfort-Ferienwohnung angeboten. Es war aber eine sehr abgewohnte in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung, die dringend eine Sanierung und Grundreinigung braucht. Das obere „Schlafgeschoss“ wurde seit Wochen nicht geputzt. Das haben wir 2x angezeigt und nichts wurde geputzt. Dort können auch keine 2 Personen schlafen.Der Boden auf der Terrasse ist eine Zumutung. Die Türen und Schranktüren brauchen dringend eine Reinigung. Wir waren von dem Zustand wirklich sehr enttäuscht. Ein Lob geht an die 2 Frauen in der Küche. Sehr nett und gutes Frühstück.
