Ich habe über Expedia bei diesem Anbieter gebucht – die dort eingestellte Beschreibung hat jedoch verschwiegen, dass der Schlüssel erst mehrere Kilometer entfernt in einem anderen Hotel abgeholt werden muss und während des gesamten Aufenthalts keine kostenlose Zimmerreinigung erfolgt. Andere Vermieter im selben Block in Prora bieten alle drei Tage Reinigung an; hier wurde stattdessen erst vor Ort eine kostenpflichtige Zwischenreinigung angeboten. Bei Ankunft lagen rote Kopf- und schwarze Körperhaare sowie Sand auf dem Bett, auf dem Boden fanden sich tote Käfer und Sand, um die Toilette Spritzer, Teppich und Stühle im Wohnbereich waren stark befleckt. Nach meiner Beschwerde erfolgte zwar eine Nachreinigung, doch mein Wohlbefinden war bereits beeinträchtigt. Die Betten waren hart, durchgelegen und unbequem. Besonders ärgerlich war die Hundepauschale von 94,50 € für acht Tage (inkl. Kurtaxe) ohne jegliche Reinigungsleistung; andere Unterkünfte verlangen dafür 20–30 € pauschal oder erlauben Hunde kostenfrei, etwa das Dormero im gleichen Block. Positiv: Das Apartment war schön, geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet (eine Nespresso-Maschine wäre wünschenswert), die Lage hervorragend – nur wenige Meter zum Strand –, die Anlage insgesamt gepflegt und ein Parkplatz vorhanden (ebenfalls kostenpflichtig). Fazit: Schönes Apartment in traumhafter Lage, doch mangelnde Transparenz, schlechte Sauberkeit und Service trüben den Gesamteindruck.
