The historic town center with the famous spa architecture villas, restaurants and cafes can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. Various shopping opportunities and the Binzer Großbahnhof are within walking distance. A bicycle storage facility is located in the basement area of the house.

Your modern non-smoking apartment 6RB1 is on the 2nd Upper floor and was renovated in 2019. The 3 room apartment with approx. 62 sqm has a furnished south-facing balcony and can be used by up to 4 people. The apartment, furnished with attention to detail, makes a particularly pleasant stay with its modern equipment. All around a first class furnished apartment for the whole family to switch off from everyday life and enjoy the vacation. A parking space is available directly at the house.
