Apartment no. 01 is located on the ground floor of the Villa Seeblick. The apartment for up to two people and a size of 37 m² is very high quality with selected design furniture and has two rooms: A large living room with Sony flat screen TV and open kitchen (high-quality Siemens appliances), a generous Bedroom with a double bed (180 cm wide) and a large bathroom with shower / WC. The floors of the apartment are made of oak parquet. From the living room and the balcony you have a very nice lateral view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment has a balcony with partial sea view and comfortable balcony furniture. The sauna, the internet access via W-LAN as well as a parking space no. 07 in the underground garage (double parker) are available to the guests free of charge. Apartment 01 can be reached via the villa's entrance staircase in the rear garden area of ​​the building or via the underground car park via stairs and lift.
