The charming spa is adjacent to the villa, the house of the guest is just 100 meters away. Complement the surroundings of nearby stores guarantee optimum self-sufficiency of residents. Despite the central location, the Granitzer forest and the Schmachter lake, which invite you to long walks in the nature as a recreational area, within walking distance.

Die Bewertung hat mein Mann bereits abgegeben. Soweit war alles okay.Kurkarten bekamen wir 2 Tage vor Abreise. Das war natürliche nicht so schön.Nutzung gleich Null. Dafür zu teuer.

Urlaub mit Familie und Hunde

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr gut aufgeteilt und schön. Die Betten sind top! Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Promenade mit der Seebrücke ist nur 300 Meter entfernt. Direkt neben der Wohnung liegt der Kurpark. Für uns als Hundebesitzer war das ideal! Leider ist aber auch eine Baustelle direkt neben dem Haus. Dort wird eine neue Villa gebaut. An mehreren Tagen war um 5 morgens die Nacht vorbei😞im Vorfeld wurden wir darüber leider nicht informiert! Außerdem lies die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Bäder waren sehr unsauber. Die Ränder an der Duschkabine stellenweise schwarz. Auch der Rest der Wohnung war nur oberflächlich gesäubert. Staub in den Schränken und Ecken, auf Lichtschaltern etc. Der in der Wohnung vorhandene Staubsauger kam gleich zum Einsatz. Allerdings war der Staubsaugerbeutel komplett voll und kein Ersatzbeutel vorhanden! Da stellt sich schon die Frage wofür die Endreinigungsgebühr überhaupt erhoben wird???

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, nur wäre es wünschenswert die Kunden vorher über Lärmbelästigung zu informieren!!!
