Super freundliche hilfsbereite Ansprechspersonen. Als wir Probleme mit dem Ladekabel von unserem Tesla hatten hat Frau Hinze ohne zu zögern jemanden zu unserer Wohnung 5.4 geschickt mit einem Tesla Kabel. Dies war, so glaube ich, sogar von jemandem privat vom Büro. Also vielen herzlichen Dank. Solche Freundlichkeit und Hilfe erlebt man sehr selten und wir sind schon viel und weit gereist. Auch super war die Kücheneinrichtung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders einen Schwamm um Pfannen zu reinigen, haben wir noch in keiner Ferienwohnung angetroffen, sowie genügend Geschirrtücher. Obwohl es eine hundefreundliche Wohnung war, haben wir keine Hundehaare angetroffen. Nächstes Mal buchen wir definitiv direkt bei ruyastay. 2mal 56 Jahre. Wir reisten als Ehepaar mit unseren zwei Töchtern (18 und 16) und unserem Mittelpudel Cindy, der nicht haart.
