The state-of-the-art house was completely renovated for you in 2018. The apartments shine with great attention to detail, in a maritime style and very high quality furniture. It is characterized by its central location in the historic center of Binz. With about 150 m distance to the promenade it is very close to the beach. On the ground floor of the house there are two small shops and a good restaurant. In addition, there is a wellness area with a sauna (for a fee) and relaxation room, a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) and a bicycle room in the basement area. A supermarket and the main shopping street can be reached in about 2-3 minutes. You can park your car directly at the house.
