Your apartment 9RB5 (non-smoking) is on the 1st Upper floor of the Villa Grieben in the residence on Klünderberg. The 2 - room apartment has a size of approx. 45 square meters and can be occupied by up to 4 people. A beautiful north-east balcony is in front of the bedroom.[nbsp] In addition to the living room with open kitchen and dining area, there is a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a vanity, shower and toilet. The bedroom is with a double bed and a large wardrobe. Coming from here you have direct access to the balcony. Villa Grieben

Es ist eine schöne saubere Wohnung. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte hier. Von der Wohnung aus ist Binz und Umgebung gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leider ist der zur wohnungseigene Tiefgaragenstellplatz nur 1,50m hoch (den ich aber nicht entdeckt habe 😀). Aber ein paar Gehminuten entfernt ist ein günstiger kostenpflichtiger Waldparkplatz. Die Wohnung liegt auf einen Hügel, mit guter Steigung.
