The rental contract is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.   Located in the most exclusive locations of the seaside resort, directly on the beach promenade and the adjoining long, sandy beach, the Villa siren was beginning the 20th century. Built in the style of the resort architecture in 1996 and extensively restored in 1996. Our 2-room apartment offers you cozy and modern living quality in a historic building with rich stucco decorations on which Poseidon trots with his trident. The apartment is located in the 2nd Floor and is easily reached by elevator. Washer and dryer and a sauna are available for shared use (surcharge). Binz strandnah

Ein wunderschöne Villa, innen modernisiert, mit Fahrstuhl Der Einrichtungsstil ist etwas bunt gemischt. Sehr schön hell. Die Aufteilung in 2 Wohnbereiche, Schlafzimmer und sehr funktionaler und mit allem eingerichteter Küche sehr schön. Die Villa liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade am etwas ruhigeren, aber dennoch zentralen Ende von Binz. 3 Min zur Seebrücke. Alles, was man braucht, gibt es in der Nähe. Der Strand ist super. Schön wäre es, wenn - wie bei anderen Wohnungen - ein Strandkorb dabei wäre. Der Parkplatz ist nur für kleinere Autos geeignet. Vorher ausmessen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.
