Villa Vogelsang, newly built in 2000, is centrally located not far from Lake Schmacht.  From here you can reach the beautiful sandy beach of Binz, the center and the Schmachter lake in a few minutes. From the ICE train station in Binz it is approx. 700 m to the villa. In the vicinity of the villa you will find shops, restaurants, bars and ATMs.  Furthermore, you have free WiFi access and a free parking space. Towels and bed linen are not included in the tour price, these can be booked in advance: Bed linen: € 13.00 p. P., towels 7.00 € p. P. and each change.

Apartment 10 Lachmöve:
The spacious 3-room apartment is 85 square meters, for max. Suitable for 4 people and consists of a living area with kitchenette, two separate bedrooms and a large balcony with a view of the Schmachter lake. In the cozy living area with dining area you can relax in front of the modern flat TV and enjoy the view of the Schmachter lake. The furnished, large balcony can be reached via one of the bedrooms and the living area. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, flat screen TV and wardrobe. Tolle sehr zentral gelegende Wohnung

Eine schöne Wohnung, die geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten alles, was gebraucht wurde. Vorteilhaft, dass kein Zimmer zur recht befahrenen Hauptstraße raus geht. Im Sommer ist sie sicher recht warm. warmFFliegengitter wären ratsam

Tolle Unterkunft mit allen Komfort

Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir waren zu viert und hatten zwei sehr schöne Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Anbieter war ebenfalls perfekt und ohne Komplikationen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung "Lachmöwe"

Diese Fewo war sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Balkon war zum Schmachter See und deswegen perfekt zum Entspannen.

Einfach nur gut

So wie beschrieben, Bäder sind toll in den Betten kannst du wirklich gut schlafen. Sehr viele Bücher, auch Reiseführer und Fahrradkarten, sehr gut für die Orientierung. Küche ist für ein Ferienobjekt sehr gut ausgestattet. Schneller und direkter Kontakt mit dem Verwalter. Anekdote: Wir sind nach dem Januar Sturm angereist, wo die Bahnverbindung nicht funktioniert hat. Nach einer "Strandung" in Bergen auf Rügen wurden wir von Mario Nagel spontan am Bahnhof abgeholt und zum Objekt "transportiert". Danke nochmals für soviel Service.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber und in toller Lage, in der Nähe von Fußgängerzone und Strand. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
