Thanks to its central location, between the Baltic Sea beach and Schmachter See, or Wylichstrasse and Margaretenstrasse, and thus in the core area of Binz, are within a 3-minute walk of the beach 250 meters away, and various restaurants and shops are also just a few minutes' walk away.[nbsp] From July 2018 construction work will take place in the surrounding area.

War alles super, Agentur, Appartement und Lage. Da es in ganz Binz keine kostengünstigen Parkplätze gibt, wäre ein deutlicher Hinweis wichtig, dass man einen weiteren Parkplatz rechtzeitig reservieren muss.
